Do priority repair work of compressors, generator, and other related items.
Respond to urgent calls for repair within the designated time.
Do on site repair of compressors, generator and other related items.
Do 24/7 service repair / check-up of generator, compressor, and other related items.
Do an accurate diagnosis of compressors, generator and other related items problem and offer the best solution, if in doubt, consult with immediate superior or main office.
Povide an estimation of lead time to finish the repair work.
Travel outside areas for generator checkup, estimation, and repair when needed.
Completely fill out and submit Field Sales Report of repair activity for power tools, compressors, generator, and other related items within the day of visit.
Be attentive and alert in reporting to immediate superior and to the main office in line with the activity of generator repair.
Establish good relations with customers to cooperate with maintenance and site repair.
Explain generator problems in a proper way to customers to avoid blaming the generators for breakdowns.
Others
All received reports of units for repair must be properly recorded on logbook and update OIC to be informed on repair schedule.
Seek approval from OIC regarding daily schedule of repair, delivery, and collection.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of Automotive Mechanic/Electromechanical course or any related course.
1-3 years of experience in the generator industry is an advantage.
Has driving skills with Professional driver’s license.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to work overtime during regular days and holidays when required.
