Responsible in handling activities in Human Resource Department such as Recruitment, monitoring and other related task.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Recruitment and Selection:
Source potential applicants by calling short listed applicants for examination and preliminary interview
Regular coordination with agency regarding manpower needs.
Responsible for the administration, interpretation and/or evaluation of Psychological examination to all applicants of all levels.
Conduct Background Checking for qualified candidates then forward the result to HR Manager for evaluation
Responsible for the creation and issuance of company ID for newly hired employees
Responsible for the preparation of Employment Contract and Personnel Movement Advice.
STANDARD QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
College graduate – Preferably Psychology, Behavioral Science or Business Administration
Experience in related field is an advantage
Above average in recruitment and selection, records management, good communication skills and employee relations,
Proactive, Innovative, Flexible, Team Player, Goal and Result Oriented, Demonstrate personal integrity and honesty
