Field Sales Representative - Luzon

Job Description

  • To be thoroughly familiar with the products in terms of usage and applications in order to recommend the right tool for the right job.
  • Review product portfolio as needed to ensure that all questions about the product will be well handled.
  • To visit all clients regularly, at least 5 client visit per day.
  • To develop and establish rapport with key decision makers of the account.
  • Quick response to customer needs.
  • Manage all customer concerns and objections so that they can be converted into sales.
  • To execute sales strategies and use sales techniques to ensure that the monthly sales quota per geographic territory has been met, aligned with the goals of Justino Corporation.
  • Regular coordination with internal key departments.
  • Comply with the attendance requirements, policies and procedures of Justino Corporation .
  • Ensure that there are no late reports ( Itinerary, liquidation, weekly reports) .

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • At least college level .
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience as Sales Agent.
  • Experience in Generator industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Industrial tools is an advantage.
