To be thoroughly familiar with the products in terms of usage and applications in order to recommend the right tool for the right job.
Review product portfolio as needed to ensure that all questions about the product will be well handled.
Attend all the product training and selling skills training conducted by the Sales Manager.
Develop at least 3 new customers per month.
Grow Justino’s market shares versus competition per customer.
To develop and establish rapport with key decision makers of the account.
Quick response to customer needs.
Manage all customer concerns and objections so that they can be converted into sales.
To execute sales strategies and use sales techniques to ensure that the monthly sales quota per geographic territory has been met, aligned with the goals of Justino Corporation.
Regular coordination with internal key departments.
Ensure that the marketing initiatives of the Brand Officers will be implemented.
Ensure no late and regular submission of reports.
Minimum Qualifications
At least college level .
At least 2 to 3 years of working experience as Sales Agent.
Experience in Generator industry is an advantage.
Knowledge in Industrial tools is an advantage.
